Interwood hosted an interactive onboarding session for newly joined employees, led by the Head of HR. The session introduced new team members to Interwood’s culture, values, and organizational vision, helping them better understand the principles that shape the way we work.
The session also encouraged open discussion and interaction, giving new employees an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and begin their journey at Interwood with a stronger sense of belonging.
