Interwood recently conducted a comprehensive training program for its Deputy General Managers (DGMs), designed to strengthen leadership capabilities while developing a deeper understanding of the business across functions.
The program covered key areas including costing and estimation, inventory planning, pre-production design, procurement and production planning, along with in-depth product knowledge across Interwood’s Home, Office, Doors, Kitchens and Wardrobes categories.
Going beyond conventional training, the sessions encouraged participants to look beyond their individual functions and understand the complete business cycle. By bringing together perspectives from Sales, Product, PPC, Procurement and other teams, the program helped strengthen cross-functional collaboration and create greater alignment across the organization.
Through initiatives such as these, Interwood continues to invest in its people, building leaders who understand not only their own responsibilities, but how every function contributes to the larger business.
