OVERVIEW

From taking its first steps from a carpentry workshop manufacturing only cabinets and wooden items, Interwood has prospered on its vision to grow and innovate every day. Our production facilities now consist of 600,000 sq ft. purpose built facility, houses over 300 machines with complete end-to-end processes equipped with the latest automated state of the art technology with dedicated staff of 1100.

We believed in ourselves and expanded our product lines and production capacities from basic wooden furniture and cabinets to.. The exponential growth that Interwood has witnessed in all these years would not have been possible without its management`s belief in constant investment and focus in Research & Development. Interwood has firmly believed in innovating and introducing new products and improving existing products in line with current market trends

OVERVIEW

From taking its first steps from a carpentry workshop manufacturing only cabinets and wooden items, Interwood has prospered on its vision to grow and innovate every day. Our production facilities now consist of 600,000

sq ft. purpose built facility, houses over 300 machines with complete

end-to-end processes equipped with the latest automated state of the art technology with dedicated staff of 1100.

Process

Board Processing

Equipped with a combination of automatic and manual CNC machinery, the board section is where material is cut and altered with precision to become a part of our final products.

Wood Processing

In order to ensure quality and long-term reliability, all raw timber wood and logs are carefully examined and filtered; the highest quality wood being placed in the seasoning plant.

Polishing

After being crafted and assembled to perfection, our wooden goods are sent to the polishing section where they through several polishing processes such as sealer.

Assembly & Carpentry

Keeping in mind the function, style and quality of products, the upholstery section provides the basic material, fabric and tacks required for to the design.

Warehousing

Products that are crafted with careful consideration must be stored with equal care, which is why warehousing is an integral part of our process. Ranging from 5,000 to 43,000 square feet.

Metal Shop

Our metal shop gives shape to the shapeless with the most reliable techniques from producing supporting items for wooden goods as well as products such as fire resistant doors, chairs and tables.

Upholstery

Keeping in mind the function, style and quality of products, the upholstery section provides the basic material, fabric and tacks required for to the design.
